John brought his daughter Sophia and his father along today to fish with us and although I gave them every opportunity to bail because of the 25 knots of wind John still wanted to go. It was a slow ride out, stopping for bait near the reef but not finding any we decided to go right to the snapper spot and anchor down.
We caught small fish to start but the longer we were there the nicer they got and if the anchor hadn't kept dragging due to the high wind we probably would have had our limit in a hour our so. As it was I had to reset the anchor several time as we slowly got blown passed the structure that held them.
We ended up catching our limit and Sophia was our top angler for the day. Thanks folks, see you next time.
