Shannon and her guys were not going to let some wind and waves stop them from fishing on vacation. We went out for a half day and caught our limit of black fin tuna and stopped on the reef to grab a few yellowtail snapper to go with dinner. Plenty of happy faces in that family.
Shannon Kept it simple by requesting some good eating fish on their half day charter. The Yellowtail snapper were biting on this February 17 morning. With calm seas , it was a great way to start the day.
Aaron and Matt had an active evening of fishing aboard the Kay K IV. They hooked up four tarpon and successfully landed two. They also caught several other salt water species including Jack Crevalle, Nurse sharks, and a Sting Ray.
Dave, Bethany, and their son Jack from Savannah Georgia come down annually to bend the rod. Did not leave disappointed this time. Jack caught his first sailfish in rough seas along with a couple fish for dinner!
