We had 2 half days today and what a great way to start our run of booked days. Our morning half was a family from Wisconsin that I had moved from yesterday to today because of the wind. We barely had the baits in the water when up came a pack of sails. It took us a while but we were able to catch both of them and my folks decided they wanted some eating fish after the excitement with the sails. We sat down and caught 20 yellowtails before having to return for my 2nd half.
It took a little longer to find that sail on the 2nd go round, but up he came and after catching him we again set down for the tails. Nicer yellowtails in the afternoon and we were able to catch another 20 before heading in.
I know I've said it before but we fish some great people and with the wind down and the fish biting it just couldn't get any better.
