Some days you make all the right decisions and that's what happened yesterday with our guest from Atlanta, Kevin and Rob.
We started at the hump catching skipjack and blackfin tuna. There was some weed coming across the hump and 5 minutes after having Dave switch everything over, I found a stump with a dozen gaffers and schoolies on it. A little later we found an other piece of debris with more fish but handed that one off to another boat that needed to catch some. That must have been the right thing to do because on the way home in 300 feet we hooked up a 30 pound wahoo on monofilament and caught him too!
Needless to say Kevin and Rob were pretty happy with their 3/4 day on the K KAY IV.
