We don't usually see a lot of bull sharks in th e channel in the summer months, today was an exception. Set up for the tarpon bit when the 1st bull bit we were fortunate to stop him on 80 lb mono leader, not so fortunate when the 125 lb bull sharks kept eating our tarpon baits, screaming drags with almost no hope of slowing them down let alone stopping them. We still had a great time and for Jack and his grandfather Sam it was their introduction to whale harbor channel fishing and keys fishing in general. Pretty Crazy!
