Shawn and his buds had another beautiful day to fish with 5 knots of wind and no waves yesterday. We started at the Islamorada hump but there was no bite on the troll or with the live bait. We left the hump and found a current edge a few miles further out with lots of weed but after 6 miles on it I saw only one school of small mahi. We finally started finding fish back in the shallow water where the vermillon and yellowtail snapper bit, along with an aJ and various other jacks. Slow start, decent finish.
