One went over 30 lbs and the other tunas were not much smaller 0f the 4 we caught this afternoon in 200 ft of water. Jason and Rob had a really good day going with flag yellowtails, king and cero mackerels and assorted other fish even before I decided to move off the reef and found the big tunas.
The sharks got the tail of one tuna but left us most of the meat and we pulled the hook on one other tuna but that was it for negative stuff on the day.
Looking forward to another nice weather day tomorrow and hoping I can get Sunday booked as that looks like the last good weather day till the end of next week. Rob is planning his next trip in January hoping to catch a sailfish as Jason did yesterday.
