The day started great, right up till we approached the bait patch and the alternator light came on. After looking for the obvious (broken belt) I realized it was something I was going to fix on the water so after a little discussion with my clients we decided that we could continue with the half day.
The yellowtails were not cooperating so we moved out a little deeper and started catching decent kingfish. The last fish we hooked was definitely not a king and it didn't take long to figure out a very large shark had eaten one of our cigar minnows. It took an hour an a half to get to were we caught a vague shadow of a very large carnivore. That was the only glimpse we got though because he finally
